To support this mission, we’re seeking an exceptional Senior Data Analyst to join our team.

Are you ready for Playlearning?

The marketing and business analytics team develops tools and insights to optimize our commercial decisions. This includes understanding valuable cohorts, forecasting performance, measuring new product areas, and analyzing metric shifts. This role primarily supports the marketing team within this framework. We need someone who can work with data at an expert level to understand operational impacts, collaborating closely with business leaders and operational experts to ensure data-driven decisions that truly impact Lingokids daily. Your work will be practical and impactful, avoiding unnecessary report building.

Responsibilities

  • Build tools enabling operational partners to make informed decisions.
  • Model and predict long-term outcomes from current data, linking insights to recommended actions.
  • Segment users to aid targeting efforts.
  • Develop data pipelines and reporting systems.
  • Address ad hoc questions and issues as they arise.
  • Apply a variety of techniques to identify root causes of data or user trend changes.
  • Assist teams in formulating relevant questions about data and performance.
  • Share insights through clear communication and data storytelling.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Lead deep dive projects on specific groups or opportunities.
  • Design and interpret experiments in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Provide consultancy and advisory support, offering well-informed opinions on strategic directions.
  • Work comfortably amidst uncertainty, providing guidance despite incomplete data.

  • Advise on optimal channel mixes for long-term value.
  • Create reporting pipelines and dashboards for partnership decisions.

  • Effectively communicate how marketing influences business outcomes and recommend next steps.
  • Desired Experience

  • Proven track record of analysis with tangible business impact, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in business and scenario modeling, including incrementality and long-term value assessments.
  • Ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Comfort with both detailed analysis and big-picture thinking.
  • Experience working with marketing or commercial teams.
  • Designing and analyzing A / B tests and experiments.
  • Skills across the data spectrum : defining metrics, building reports and pipelines, extracting insights, and sharing findings. Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and presentation tools is essential; Python is a plus.
  • English fluency is required. We value clear communication, both written and spoken, especially in a remote work environment. Being articulate in long-form asynchronous communication is crucial.

    Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to refine requirements and bring data projects to life is essential.
