OTC Trader Options - Cryptocurrency

We are looking for an experienced OTC trader to join our department for executing trades across a wide portfolio of assets. Demonstrable experience in managing or developing OTC and Options strategies is essential. You will have your own investment portfolio and work as part of an international team, collaborating on risk management and execution quality. You will work closely with traders, engineers, and data scientists to support trading algorithms.

• Execute OTC trades in cryptocurrencies across spot, derivatives, DeFi formats, structured products, vanilla options, and exotic options.
• Build your own portfolio of assets, products, strategies, and algorithms.
• Coordinate with traders and analysts for risk management.
• Improve performance through risk and quantification management.
• Collaborate on strategy reviews, coding, and programming advice with other team members.

Requirements

Academic or postgraduate training in Finance, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.

Strong Python skills; 2-3 years of experience preferred but not mandatory.

Deep knowledge of financial sectors like Algorithmic OTC Trading, HFT, Derivatives, and Options trading.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently within a collaborative environment.

Curiosity about financial trading and blockchain ecosystems.

Entrepreneurial, persistent, disciplined, motivated.

Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Experience

2-3 years proven experience as an OTC cryptocurrency trader.

Experience designing and executing strategies with predictive analytics and risk controls.
