Dyson is a globally recognised, premium household name. They are market leaders in design and technology and regularly launch outstanding products onto the market, such as the Dyson hair wrap, fans, and vacuum cleaners.

We are looking for Customer Service Agents who are fluent in Danish and have a good level of English to join our vibrant Dyson customer care team. You will interact with owners of some of the most innovative and stylish Dyson products in the world.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Handle inbound calls from existing and potential Dyson customers, assisting with inquiries and troubleshooting issues with their orders or devices.
  • Use diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in resolving issues with their machines.
  • Arrange technician visits or send spare parts directly to clients when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to promote new and existing Dyson products through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Educate customers about Dyson technology, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Dyson’s products and brand values.

Requirements

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us?

  • Fluent in written and spoken Danish.
  • Good level of English for communication with our international team.
  • Eligible to work in Spain.
  • Excellent customer service skills across calls, emails, and social media.
  • Good computer skills, experience with MS Office.
  • Solution-oriented mindset to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
  • Well-organized, able to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
  • Contract: Temporary.
  • Salary: €25,000 gross per year.
  • Full-time hours (39 hours/week), rotating schedule Monday-Sunday between 8 am and 8 pm, with two weekends off per month.
