SAVANA is seeking a Research Project Manager to play a key role in our fast-growing company, serving Spanish, English, German, and French-speaking markets. Based remotely in Spain, this role involves expanding SAVANA's global reach and serving our domestic market.

Major Accountabilities:

• Ensuring project completion within budget, schedule, and scope.
• Tracking project progress and performance.
• Checking progress towards objectives, foreseeing deviations, and escalating issues for corrective action.
• Acting as the primary contact for client management.
• Maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, including status reports, meetings, and issue escalation.
• Managing project deliverables, resources, and availability across project phases.

Information Security Responsibilities:

• Adhering to organizational information security policies.
• Participating in security training and reporting incidents.
• Maintaining data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Quality Management System Responsibilities:

• Following SAVANA's QMS policies and procedures.
• Participating in training and reporting deviations.
• Collaborating with the Quality Team on CAPA, deviations, and audits.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a CRO or biopharmaceutical company.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical or life sciences.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of ICH, GPP, GCP, and country regulations.
• Experience with non-interventional/pharmacoepidemiologic studies is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Operational management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
