Our company, specializing in employee leasing in the steel construction and building industries, is looking for a dynamic Affiliate Program Director residing in Madrid, Spain.

Your Tasks :

Acquiring new partners / affiliates in Spain and EU countries.

Supporting current partners : advising, motivating, and optimizing activities.

Developing the affiliate program : achieving short- and long-term goals.

Collaborating on advertising campaigns : managing the advertising budget.

Direct contact with decision-makers in the company.

What We Expect :

At least one year of experience in a similar position.

Knowledge of the affiliate world.

Experience in marketing, with practical experience in affiliation being a plus.

Residence in Spain and legal work authorization.

A communicative level of English and Spanish.
