Globant busca un Dynamics Developer para unirse a su equipo en Madrid. Formación

  • Experiencia comprobada como desarrollador de Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Entendimiento profundo de Customer Service Workspace.
  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas bajo presión.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar soluciones utilizando Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Colaborar con equipos diversos para implementar soluciones digitales.
  • Migrar de Unified Service Desk a Customer Service Workspace.

What will help you succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer.
  • Deep understanding of Customer Service Workspace.
  • Experience in migrating from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service Workspace is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
