A well-respected Microsoft Partner is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong D365 NAV support experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Formación

• Previous experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of ERP support processes is required.
• Good knowledge of finance, supply chain, or operational workflows within Business Central.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant

Location: Remote (Europe)

Salary: Up to €50,000 + benefits, depending on experience

I’m currently working with a well-respected Microsoft Partner that is looking to hire a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid D365 Business Central / NAV support experience who enjoys working closely with customers, solving problems, and helping businesses get the most out of their ERP system.

You’ll be joining an established partner environment, supporting a range of clients and playing a key role in delivering a high-quality service across day-to-day support, issue resolution, and system improvement.

The role will involve:

• Providing functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Investigating and resolving user issues across finance, operations, and related modules
• Managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolutionWorking closely with customers to understand issues and provide effective solutions
• Supporting system improvements, upgrades, and general optimisation
• Liaising with internal teams including consultants and developers where needed
• Delivering a high standard of customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

The client is looking for someone with:

• Must have previous experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Strong understanding of ERP support processes
• Good knowledge of finance, supply chain, or operational workflows within Business Central
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Microsoft Partner experience would be an advantage
