The ideal candidate will have strong D365 NAV support experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Formación

• Previous experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of ERP support processes is required.
• Good knowledge of finance, supply chain, or operational workflows within Business Central.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Investigate and resolve user issues across finance, operations, and related modules.
• Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
