Job summary

Liebherr IT Shared Service Centre Ibérica, S.L. in Madrid is seeking an Integrations & Data Migration Architect to own the end-to-end integration and data migration architecture for Liebherr's global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution (OneCRM).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application integration and data migration.
• Experience designing and executing large-scale data migrations and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of Azure integration technologies, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across international teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration and data migration architecture for Liebherr's global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution.
• Define and govern integration patterns and data flows between Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, master data management solutions, central data platforms, and other applications.
• Define and drive the data migration approach for global CRM rollouts, including source analysis, mapping, transformation, cleansing, enrichment, validation, reconciliation, and loading.
• Establish reusable migration standards, tools, and templates for consistent global deployments.
• Define data synchronization and master data exchange mechanisms for reliable data flows.
• Coordinate data cleansing and migration readiness with business stakeholders and rollout teams.
• Maintain transparency of data flows, dependencies, ownership, and responsibilities across OneCRM.
• Provide technical leadership to Dynamics and integration teams and partners.
• Maintain architecture docs for integrations, data models, mappings, and migration concepts using JIRA and Confluence.
• Travel up to 30% to Liebherr sites worldwide to support architecture, migration, and rollout activities.
