Job summary

Liebherr is seeking an IT Operations Expert - Microsoft Dynamics CRM (m/f/d) based in Madrid. You will operate and support Dynamics 365 CRM with Azure-based integrations, ensuring stability, service quality, and business continuity in a hybrid work environment.

The role demands hands-on application support, incident management, and close collaboration with international teams. Three-plus years in IT Operations or Application Support, plus a Bachelor’s in IT or related field, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT Operations or Application Support with Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform.
• Experience in live production environments and Azure integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident triage, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure integrations for stability and continuity.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and operational tasks with thorough investigation and follow-up.
• Provide hands-on user and application support, including roles, access, and resolution.
• Monitor interfaces between Dynamics 365, SAP, and master data systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Support deployments and releases from an operations perspective with validation.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base content.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams internationally.
