Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) implementation projects end-to-end.
• Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements.
• Perform Fit/Gap analysis and document business workflows.
• Support solution design, system configuration, and validation activities.
• Execute unit testing and document results.
• Identify risks and issues, propose solutions, and support resolution.
• Prepare clear project documentation and meeting summaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
