Job Title : Dynamics 365 Field Service Developer

Location : Remote

Contract Duration : 9 months (Freelance)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Field Service Developer to design, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other developers to deliver tailored, integrated field service systems that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Customization & Development
• Extend Dynamics 365 Field Service entities, forms, and workflows to meet specific business needs.
• Develop custom business logic using C# plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate.
• Configure and customize Universal Resource Scheduling (URS) rules and behaviors.
• Mobile App Customization
• Customize Field Service Mobile (Resco or Power Apps-based) with tailored forms, views, and offline capabilities.
• Implement additional mobile features such as barcode scanning, photo capture, or signature collection.

Integration

• Build and maintain integrations between Field Service and ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, Finance & Supply Chain), IoT platforms, or third-party applications.
• Use Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom APIs for real-time data synchronization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer, with Field Service expertise.
• Strong knowledge of:
