PepsiCo is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Vitoria-Gasteiz to manage orders, coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain teams, and resolve issues quickly. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, order accuracy, and timely deliveries in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have native Spanish, advanced Portuguese, and strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills, with SAP experience as a plus.

Formación

• Native or bilingual Spanish
• Advanced Portuguese — required
• English B2+ — a plus
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• SAP experience — a plus
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar role is preferred
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

Responsabilidades

• Order Management & Delivery: Review and validate customer orders; process changes and cancellations; coordinate quantities with Supply Planning; update delivery info; monitor undelivered orders; manage blocked orders; optimize orders and transport; manage returns and packaging; maintain logistics data; prepare reports.
• Customer & Cross-Functional Coordination: Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams; work with Sales, Supply Chain, Call Center and other departments; coordinate activities at national and regional levels; adapt communication to needs; participate in meetings.
• Supply Chain Support: Support training initiatives; contribute to process improvements; prepare analyses to support decisions.
