Magic World Resort is seeking an innovative and results-oriented F&B Manager to join its remote operations team. This executive role oversees dining across multiple properties, focusing on strategic planning, quality control, and brand consistency while not requiring on-site presence.

You will conceptualize menus, optimize costs, lead remote teams, and ensure superb guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control F&B costs, including food and beverage costs, labor costs, and operational expenses, to achieve budgeted profitability.
• Implement and enforce rigorous hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in all F&B operations, adhering to all relevant regulations.
• Source and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies, special events, and themed dining experiences.
• Analyze F&B performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and mentor remote F&B teams, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and exceptional guest service.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the F&B landscape.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage management within luxury hotels or high-end restaurant groups.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful F&B strategies that drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of culinary trends, menu engineering, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage remote teams effectively.
• Proficiency in F&B management software and standard office applications.
• Financial acumen and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and implement cost-saving measures.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
