In this role, you will drive the sales cycle, nurture client relationships, and showcase your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

What you will do in this role

As a Sales Manager on our team, you will:

  1. Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance goals weekly, monthly, and quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  2. Provide accurate sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is up-to-date.
  3. Remove roadblocks and help the team resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
  4. Analyze data performance and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices.
  5. Stay current on market developments and client services to keep the team informed on latest trends and insights.
  6. Serve as a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.
  7. Maintain communication with the Sales Director and external clients to foster and develop strategic relationships.
  8. Ensure the team understands how to achieve operating plan, sales, and client performance targets (CPTs).
  9. Coordinate team incentives and performance funds.
  10. Build business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.

Our ideal candidate is:

  • Bilingual or proficient in English and Dutch.
  • Having 5+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Passionate about customer experience and team results.
  • Experienced in operations and strategic planning.
  • Excellent at coaching and developing employees.
  • Proven track record of maximizing revenue through best practices.
  • Experienced with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Skilled at finding solutions as a manager.
