Responsibilities:
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
- Consolidate and build the customer base.
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
- Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.

What we are looking for:
- Language skills: C2 level of Dutch (French as a plus) with good English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Benelux market.
- 20 months sales experience is preferred.
- Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight.
- Strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
- Presentation Skills: good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive Attitude: goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident and proactive.
- Team Collaboration: able to work independently within a team environment.

- Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of 25.330€ gross/year + up to 4.470€ gross/year in bonus.
