Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Recruiter to join our team remotely, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. This role is perfect for recruitment professionals passionate about connecting with top talent in the Dutch-speaking market and who thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

As a Dutch Speaking Recruiter, you will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, source and assess candidates, and manage the recruitment process. Fluency in Dutch is essential for effectively communicating with candidates across the Netherlands and other Dutch-speaking regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for roles requiring Dutch-speaking candidates
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the process
• Stay informed about recruitment trends and labor market changes in Dutch-speaking regions
• Provide updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status
• Maintain accurate documentation of all recruitment activities
