Are you a native Dutch speaker with payroll experience and looking to develop your career in an international environment? Would you like to work remotely from Spain while supporting global clients in payroll operations? We are hiring a Dutch Payroll Specialist to join our client’s growing team in Spain. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for Dutch entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of client satisfaction. This is a permanent, full-time position with clear development opportunities and a supportive international team.

Manage and process Dutch payroll from start to finish

Ensure compliance with Dutch legislation and payroll standards

Native-level Dutch and good command of English

Previous experience in payroll, preferably within HR consulting, outsourcing, or a corporate environment

Strong understanding of Dutch payroll processes and legislation

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential data

Permanent contract

Full-time role (37.5 hours / week), remote from anywhere in Spain
