Health & Safety Specialist

Are you ready to make it happen at Percassi Iberia?

Requirements:

University degree in occupational health and safety (e.g., Bachelor of Engineering in Prevention of Risks at Work, Master of Industrial Safety Engineering, Master of Trade Union Relations and Human Resources, or a Higher level training course in Occupational Risk Prevention, or Technical Superior in Occupational Risk Prevention).

Activities:

1. Define H&S policy in collaboration with the Italian HQ.
2. Manage H&S budget.
3. Supervise work carried out by external consultants, including monitoring activities and risk assessment documents.
4. Monitor health and safety training programs.
5. Oversee health surveillance activities.
6. Manage, with the HR Manager, preventive and corrective actions identified through risk assessments.
7. Conduct regular audits of stores.
8. Develop HSE projects to foster a safety culture within the organization.
9. Coordinate activities of the HR Learning department in collaboration with the HR Manager.
