Position Overview :

As a Dutch-Speaking Marketing Consultant, you will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their marketing objectives by effectively utilizing Google Ads products. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored marketing strategies, and optimize their advertising campaigns. Your fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English will be crucial for effective communication with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Consultation and Strategy Development :

• Engage in thorough consultations with Dutch-speaking clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs.
• Create customized marketing strategies leveraging Google Ads products to meet client objectives.
• Present and clarify marketing strategies to clients, ensuring they comprehend the benefits and expected results.

Campaign Management and Optimization :

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure clients achieve the best possible return on investment.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance results.
• Provide clients with regular performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Client Support and Relationship Management :

• Deliver exceptional client support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to discuss campaign performance and future strategies.

Market Research and Analysis :

• Perform market research to stay informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• Analyze market data and client feedback to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance.

Collaboration and Communication :

• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align strategies with business goals.
• Ensure clear and transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay current with digital marketing trends.

Reporting and Documentation :

• Keep accurate records of client interactions, campaign details, and performance metrics in our CRM system.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and client feedback to management.

Qualifications :

• Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

Skills and Experience :

• Strong analytical and research abilities with the capacity to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is beneficial but not required for junior candidates.
