As a Dutch Speaking Junior Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in our energetic sales team, helping us engage with customers and expand our market reach. This role is perfect for those with some sales experience or those new to the field, offering a unique hybrid work model that combines office and remote work. You’ll spend two days each week in our modern Barcelona office and the rest working comfortably from home!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients, build strong relationships by understanding their needs, and offer customized solutions that fit their requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Confidently present and promote our range of products and services to prospective customers, emphasizing their benefits and unique features to drive interest and sales.
  • Lead Management & Negotiation: Effectively manage your sales pipeline, follow up diligently on leads, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, identifying new sales opportunities and providing strategic insights to the team.
  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues promptly, and foster long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned, share valuable insights, and contribute to a cohesive team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in Dutch: Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch is a must.
  • Proficient in English: B2 level English proficiency is essential for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
  • Passionate About Sales: A strong enthusiasm for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade customers.
  • Adaptable & Quick Learner: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn about our products and services to provide informed and effective sales pitches.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
