Responsibilities
  • Run end-to-end payroll processes accurately and efficiently for Dutch clients.
  • Manage and respond to customer service tickets and calls within SLA timeframes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and year-end reporting requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on payroll matters and local legislation.
  • Support apprentices and junior team members in data management or customer service.
  • Conduct system maintenance testing and report technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes (DWI).
  • Collaborate with third-party providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify root causes of issues and suggest long-term solutions.
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions within the team.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
About You
  • Fluent in Dutch (written and verbal) and proficient in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in payroll processing or similar functions.
  • Able to meet 100% of SLAs and quality standards.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Familiar with compliance procedures and handling confidential data responsibly.
