• Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on luxury market trends and the latest product offerings to provide informative insights to customers.

• Valid passport and eligibility to work in Indonesia.
