WW Talents in Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. You may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers.

Working location is Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece with an on-site work model. Salary ranges €1,300–€1,500 gross per month plus bonuses and a full relocation package (hotel accommodation, airport pickup, flight ticket, real estate agency fee).

Formación

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate, professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage interactions and case data in CRM and tools.
• Escalate complex issues and follow up to resolution.
• Maintain documentation and meet quality targets.

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300–€1,500 gross/month +bonus(depending on the project)+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.

• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.

• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
