WW Talents seeks Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams on-site in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. The role covers customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, and claims processing for diverse projects.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining CRM case records. Dutch C1 and English B2–C1 are required, with a full relocation package offered for eligible projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300–€1,500 gross/month +bonus(depending on the project)+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
