WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team in Athens, Greece. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management, helping SMEs explore cloud-based products and solutions.

The position requires Dutch and English at C1 level and an on-site work model. Salary includes €1,400 gross monthly for 14 months, plus a quarterly bonus up to 60% of one gross salary, a relocation package, and a transportation allowance after training.

Formación

• Dutch proficiency at C1 is required.

• Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication; good persuasion/negotiation.
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.

Responsabilidades

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry.

In this role, you will focus on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management, helping businesses discover cloud-based products and solutions.

The role focuses on generating and qualifying sales opportunities rather than directly closing every sale.

Work Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1 level
English: C1 level
Compensation: €1,400 gross/month *14 month+bonus+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Workşng Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
