Job Description:

United Call Centers is a global leader in providing multilingual call center services with an at-home workforce. We offer OmniChannel Front Office BPO services worldwide in all languages and are currently seeking a talented Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our international team.

Our new team members will manage multilingual customer service for one of our clients, a leader in shared green mobility across the EU.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Escalate issues in Dutch to Second Line Help Desk support if applicable.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to campaigns.
  • Follow instructions, use standard operating procedures, call scripts, and FAQs provided by management.
  • Ensure the Service Desk meets SLA requirements by demonstrating ownership and respect for customer needs, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Be punctual and available for assigned shifts.
  • Participate in all required training sessions.
  • Substitute for other agents as needed.
Agent Requirements:
  • Proficient or fluent in Dutch and solid English skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call or service center.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 5 hours daily in CET timezone.
Our Offer:
  • Payment of 11 EUR/hour, paid via an online platform.
  • Remote work with a flexible schedule.
  • Freelancer contract basis, with taxes and social contributions handled by the freelancer.
Work Environment Requirements:
  • Quiet home workspace.
  • USB headset (microphone and speakers).
  • Computer or laptop with Windows 8 or above.
  • Broadband internet connection.

  • Salary: 11.00€ per hour.
