Responsibilities
- Providing frontline service to customers and routing their calls to the appropriate department.
- Answering customer queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensuring KPIs are met.
- Performing duties in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of our products.
Requirements
- C2 level of Dutch.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent customer focus and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- IT literate; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent time management and telephone etiquette.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive with minimal supervision.
