Formación

Job Description:

As our Customer Lifecycle Manager, you'll own the end-to-end customer journey—from onboarding to renewal and everything in between. Your mission? Maximize customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention by crafting meaningful, data-driven lifecycle strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop and implement a seamless customer journey across onboarding, engagement, and retention phases.
  • Use data and customer feedback to identify pain points and growth opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing) to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
  • Build and monitor lifecycle campaigns and programs (e.g., email drips, in-app messaging, loyalty initiatives).
  • Track and report on key lifecycle metrics—customer health scores, churn, NPS, etc.
  • Constantly test, learn, and optimize lifecycle strategies to boost CLTV and minimize churn.
Requirements

Have 1-2 years’ experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success and/or sales account management or customer management experience.

Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.

Native or fluent Dutch speaker, with strong English skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: 26,880 EUR + 4,000 EUR bonus
  • Relocation: Up to 500 EUR flight + assistance in finding accommodation
  • Working hours: Monday - Thursday 09:00-17:30, Friday 09:00-16:30
