Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dutch-speaking customers.
  • Guide customers through different lifecycle stages, from onboarding to renewal.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and propose strategic improvements.
