Job summary

WW Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Client Service Advisors to support customers from an international client base. The role is 100% remote from Greece with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts depending on the project.

Salary ranges from €1,300 to €1,500 gross per month, paid over 14 months, plus a performance bonus up to €250 per month. A relocation package is provided, including hotel accommodation, flight ticket, airport pickup, and real estate agency fees.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C1/C2 level
• English language at B2–C1 level
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced international environment

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
