Location: Barcelona, Spain
Role: Dutch-Speaking Business Development Manager
Salary: €35,000 gross per year + uncapped commission (OTE €40,600 gross p/a)
Hours: 40 hrs per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00
Relocation: €3,500 gross relocation bonus (paid with first salary) - if relocating

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Work in a high-volume outbound sales role, reaching out to independent retailers
  • Identify key contacts, build strong relationships, and present the benefits of partnership
  • Understand client needs and successfully close B2B sales deals
  • Achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced sales environment
