Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our remote team in Torrevieja! This role is essential to our operational success, providing key administrative support that helps maintain our efficiency and service quality. Your fluency in Dutch will greatly enhance our communication with Dutch-speaking clients and stakeholders.

In this position, you will be tasked with various administrative duties aimed at ensuring smooth daily operations. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in completing tasks accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure paperwork is up-to-date
  • Effectively communicate with clients in both Dutch and English
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members
  • Assist management with various projects and administrative needs
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve operational processes
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
  • Willing to participate in a 3-month fully paid training program in Greece
