Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating effective communication in Dutch.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and ensure an organized electronic filing system.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and provide logistical support for team members as required.
  • Proactively address daily administrative challenges with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Engage with clients and vendors in Dutch, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work closely with team members to streamline processes and contribute to a variety of ongoing projects.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various administrative software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting.
  • Motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable working independently from home.
  • Able to follow a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
