Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in a remote position based in Spain! Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating effective communication in Dutch.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and ensure an organized electronic filing system.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and provide logistical support for team members as required.
- Proactively address daily administrative challenges with effective problem-solving skills.
- Engage with clients and vendors in Dutch, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Work closely with team members to streamline processes and contribute to a variety of ongoing projects.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various administrative software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting.
- Motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable working independently from home.
- Able to follow a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
