Mercier Consultancy is looking for a talented Dutch Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our remote team in Madrid! In this crucial role, you will provide administrative support to our growing team, ensuring that office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to communicate fluently in Dutch will be essential for coordinating with our Dutch-speaking clients and partners.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, organizing documents, and facilitating communication across different teams. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will be key to ensuring the success of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to team members remotely, managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Dutch and English
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when necessary
  • Support the management team in various ad-hoc tasks
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance workflow and efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with remote collaboration tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to attend a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
