  • Facilitate travel arrangements and logistics for team members
  • Assist management with various projects and tasks as required
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with remote working tools

  • Willingness to complete a 3-month fully paid training in Greece
