Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our remote team based in Alicante! This position is vital to our operations, where you will provide top-notch administrative support and ensure our team remains organized and efficient. Your fluency in Dutch will be essential for liaising effectively with our Dutch-speaking clients and team members.

In this role, you'll handle a range of administrative tasks that promote smooth daily operations. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be critical in maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility
  • Communicate effectively with clients and partners in both Dutch and English
  • Arrange travel and logistics for team members as needed
  • Assist with various projects and administrative duties to support the management team
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote working tools
