Are you a native Dutch speaker with payroll experience and looking to develop your career in an international environment? Would you like to work remotely from Spain while supporting global clients in payroll operations? If so, this opportunity may be the perfect fit.

We are hiring a Dutch Payroll Specialist to join our client’s growing team in Spain. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for Dutch entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of client satisfaction. This is a permanent, full-time position with clear development opportunities and a supportive international team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process Dutch payroll from start to finish

Support new client implementations and go-lives

Maintain and update client documentation and work instructions

Ensure compliance with Dutch legislation and payroll standards

Handle escalations and support resolution of technical or process issues

Monitor and apply upcoming legislative changes

Support year-end processes and reporting

Contribute to continuous improvement and automation efforts

Provide coaching and support to team members when needed

Your Profile

Native-level Dutch and good command of English

Previous experience in payroll, preferably within HR consulting, outsourcing, or a corporate environment

Strong understanding of Dutch payroll processes and legislation

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential data

Proactive and solution-oriented, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced international environment
