Formación

Descripción del empleo

As a Customer Service Agent for our client, a major entertainment destination catering to the Dutch market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with their inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email about bookings, activities, and general information regarding services for the Dutch market.

Provide advice and information on facilities and services. Address customer concerns and complaints effectively, aiming to find swift and satisfactory resolutions.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly. Assist customers in booking accommodations, meals, and recreational activities, ensuring the accuracy of booking details and billing information.

Your Main Tasks

As an essential member of the customer service team, your responsibilities will include :

  • Ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to provide professional and personalized service.

Conditions of the Offer

  • 39 hours per week.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Salary : 22K gross + 2K bonus.
  • Beautiful offices in the center of Barcelona,

Your Skills and Advantages

We expect you to have excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken. A good level of English is also welcome.

Your ability to respond promptly, your dynamism, your sense of hospitality, and your computer skills are essential for success in this role.

You must also be a good listener with strong adaptability skills.
