NewCo Communications is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent in Valencia, Spain to assist customers via phone, email, and other channels within an international team. You will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide customers through processes, while maintaining records and collaborating with colleagues.

Formación

• Native-level Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Professional working and thinking level.
• Full paid training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with account-related questions, requests and issue resolution.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the appropriate processes.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and maintain detailed customer records.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure the best possible customer experience.
• Follow internal procedures, quality standards and data security guidelines where applicable.
