Job summary

Ignite seeks a Barcelona-based Google Ads consultant to help Dutch businesses scale online. You will own client onboarding, platform adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities from a high-touch, international setting within a seaside facility.

You will collaborate with decision-makers, optimize campaigns, report ROAS, and manage CRM notes. Relocation covers flights and 30 days of private studio housing, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH).

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and professional English.
• Experience in B2B client-facing roles with CRM.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with GDPR guidelines and Dutch market trends.

Responsibilities

• Onboard newly acquired clients and translate targets into digital ad strategies.
• Maintain proactive contact with decision-makers and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build, manage and upgrade Google Ads accounts with optimized bid structures.
• Evaluate performance metrics and provide optimization guidance to improve ROAS.
• Keep accurate CRM notes and track deal stages across accounts.
• Provide feedback on Dutch market trends to product and marketing teams.
