Ignite is seeking a Google Ads consultant to operate from our Barcelona office, serving Dutch regional clients with end-to-end account onboarding and ongoing optimization.

You will drive ROI-focused campaigns, collaborate with executives, and expand client relationships while utilizing CRM systems and analytics to inform strategic decisions. The role offers a hybrid schedule and a generous relocation package in a stunning oceanfront facility.

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and upper-intermediate/ fluent English required.
• Experience in B2B account management, digital consulting, or commercial sales with CRM usage.
• Strong ability to interpret numeric marketing data and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Strategic onboarding of new accounts by aligning goals to digital ad strategies.
• Regular strategic calls with executive decision-makers to demonstrate ROI and platform value.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads accounts with focused bidding and audience targeting.
• Translate analytics into actionable optimization recommendations to improve ROAS.
• Maintain accurate records of all account interactions in CRM systems.
