A fast-growing haircare brand is seeking an Ad Creative Strategist. Responsibilities include managing the creative process, driving improvements in advertising metrics, and sourcing content for marketing. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years in E-Com Advertising and experience with DTC brands. This role allows you to work closely with founders in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary of $42,000 to $60,000 per year plus bonuses based on performance is offered.

Looking for an Ad Creative Strategist to join our team! As our creative head, you will be responsible for the ideation, scripting, planning, and managing of the entire creative process with a big focus on UGC ads and psychology-based creatives to be used across paid marketing channels.
Required :
3 to 5+ years of experience with E-Com Advertising. As well, we are looking for candidates with prior experience in creating paid advertisements specifically for DTC E-Commerce brands, performance creative, direct response marketing principles, understanding how to iterate on creatives based on data, and a big bonus if you have UGC ad experience!
