We are seeking a DT CRM Technical Lead (H / M) who will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and developing applications following PMP or SCRUM methodologies.

The functions of a DT CRM Technical Lead include:

• Interacting with key users of the applications
• Organizing and maintaining developed web applications
• Collaborating with the Infrastructure team for infrastructure requirements
• Analyzing and adapting application architecture
• Conducting functional analysis (use cases, functionalities, data models)
• Designing functional tests and other performance, security, and architecture tests
• Planning and controlling technical tasks, assigning them to the technical team
• Ensuring the technical quality of the code (architecture, nomenclature, documentation, security, performance)
• Providing technical leadership to the programming team
• Evolving from technical activities to project management and leadership roles, including global CRM application implementation
• Leading and overseeing global CRM implementations in Spain & Portugal, including planning, execution, business engagement, data migrations, data conversions, and integrations
• Managing SQL databases expertly
• Utilizing MVC frameworks
• Performing unit and integrated work tasks

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst and 2 years as a project manager
• Experience in project implementation, planning, and communication
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience implementing CRM solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server database management systems
• Experience with .Net programming languages and SQL Server
• High proficiency in English
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as SCRUM or PMP
• Team management experience
• Experience in user support and training
