As a DT CRM Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the management, analysis, and development of applications under your responsibility following the PMP or SCRUM methodology.

The functions as a DT CRM Technical Lead are:

  • Interaction with key users of the applications
  • Organization and maintenance of developed web applications
  • Interaction with the Infrastructure area for infrastructure requirements
  • Analysis and adaptation of the architecture of the applications
  • Functional analysis (use cases, functionalities, and data model)
  • Design of functional tests for the applications and other types of performance, security, and architecture tests
  • Identification, planning, and control of the technical tasks of the project, assigning them to the technical team
  • Responsible for ensuring the technical quality of the code (architecture, nomenclature, code documentation, factorization, security and performance)
  • Technical leadership of the programming team
  • The position will evolve from more technical activities to more PM/Lead activities in the future and implementation of global CRM applications
  • Lead/Oversee global CRM implementations in Spain & Portugal around planning/execution/business engagement/data migrations/data conversions/integrations
  • Programming in .Net C# MVC Angular language
  • Expert management of SQL databases
  • Use of MVC framework
  • Performance of unit / integrated work tasks

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum experience of 5 years as a Programmer Analyst / 2 years as a project manager
  • Experience in project implementation, both in the planning and communication areas
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience with implementation of CRM solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database management systems
  • Experience with .Net programming languages with SQL Server
  • Education level: Higher Degree in FP, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineer/Graduate
  • High level of English
  • Person used to work under agile methodologies such as SCRUM or PMP
  • Experience in team management
  • Experience in user support and training
