Test Automation Engineers create technical solutions to improve test process efficiency and assess the quality of everything we deliver. They do this through smart and sapient use of data and automation, always focusing on the customer.

It's important that our Test Automation Engineers can apply prior technical experience and techniques to develop test frameworks and automated tests, enabling continuous delivery. The role requires working as part of a delivery team, so diplomacy, presentation, and workshop delivery skills are essential.

About You

You are passionate about delivering software that exceeds expectations. You have knowledge of specific tools and approaches that maximize effective and efficient delivery without compromising quality.

You have hands-on experience designing and implementing automation, and the ability to engage with developers to clearly communicate issues, solve problems, and ensure testing standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Use data and collaborate with customers to evaluate the quality of our solutions.
• Analyze user stories and contribute to writing acceptance criteria.
• Refine and automate scenarios following BDD methodology, using NodeJS libraries like WebdriverIO, Cucumber-js, etc., with Typescript.
• Coach the delivery team towards a mature testing culture.
