We're pioneering the next wave of combat-proven defence innovations and breakthrough propulsion systems combining turbojet and ramjet technologies for future hypersonic vehicles with hydrogen propulsion.Tasks- Manufacturing of 3D-printed parts.- Performing nut inserts onto 3D-printed parts.- Inspection and acceptance of carbon-fibre parts manufactured by external contractors.- Assembly of various electrical and electronic components and mount onto the airframe.- Keep record of stock usage and availability.**Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field (e.g., electronics, mechanical engineering, UAV technology) is a plus.- Proven experience in the assembly and manufacturing of small, electrically-powered drones or similar electromechanical systems.- Familiarity with 3D printing processes and hands-on experience in manufacturing 3D-printed parts.- Experience with the integration of various electrical and electronic components onto drone airframes.- Competency in performing nut inserts onto 3D-printed parts.- Understanding of electrical systems, including batteries, motors, servos, and control boards.- Quality Control: attention to detail in ensuring the quality and precision of assembled components.- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of stock usage and availability.- Familiarity with inventory management systems.- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, external contractors, and suppliers.- Ability to follow instructions, provide updates on progress, and report any issues or challenges.- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the assembly and integration process.- Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges and changes in project requirements.- Safety Compliance: understanding and adherence to safety protocols and guidelines related to drone assembly and testing.
