We are seeking a detail-oriented Spanish (US) Data Annotator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that the conversational AI model delivers a high-quality customer experience while meeting business objectives. Entry-level position.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Verify data to improve the performance of the AI model.
2. Review the output of the model to maintain quality standards.
3. Include feedback to improve performance.
4. Perform quality checks and supervise junior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Entry-level position, but experience in editing, product reviewing, content writing, translation, or technical writing is valued.
• Excellent writing and spelling skills in Spanish (US variant).
• Proficiency in English for communication with internal managers and understanding guidelines.
• Good oral and written English and Spanish communication skills.
• Flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while following guidelines and workflows.
• Experience with writing customer-facing content and content management tools.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of online communication.
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
