The Role of Door Attendant:
We are looking for a Door Attendant to join our team. The Door Attendant is a key part of the Guest Services Team, responsible for ensuring our guests are well looked after from the moment they arrive. As the first and last impression of the hotel, this high-profile role carries significant responsibility.
The Door Attendant stations outside the hotel, greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure, loads and unloads guest luggage from vehicles, and assists with general inquiries about the hotel and local area. They also maintain a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage area.
Our ideal Door Attendant:
Our ideal candidate should represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude, and a warm welcoming smile. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential. This position requires standing for 8 hours, including inclement weather, and the ability to lift and push weights. Candidates should have at least one year of experience as a Door Attendant and knowledge of the local area. A valid driving license is required. Legal right to work in Spain and fluency in English and Spanish are mandatory.
