The Role of Door Attendant:
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking a Door Attendant to join our team. The Door Attendant is a vital part of the Guest Services Team, responsible for ensuring guests are well looked after from the moment they arrive. As the first and last impression of the hotel, this high-profile role involves greeting guests by name upon arrival and departure, loading and unloading luggage from vehicles, assisting with inquiries about the hotel and local area, and maintaining cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage area.
Our ideal Door Attendant:
The ideal candidate should embody the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude, and a warm, welcoming smile. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential. This position requires standing for 8 hours, including in inclement weather, and the ability to lift and push weights. Candidates should have at least one year of experience as a Door Attendant, knowledge of the local area, a valid driving license, and fluency in English and Spanish. Legal right to work in Spain is required.
